Novast Laboratories Balcoltra Levonorgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, USP, and Ferrous Bisglycinate Tablets is a combination oral contraceptive that contains three active ingredients. Levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol work together to prevent pregnancy, while ferrous bisglycinate is an iron supplement used to prevent or treat iron deficiency anemia.

This product is used to prevent pregnancy, regulate menstrual cycles, reduce symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and provide an iron supplement. It is important to note that Balcoltra does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
